With over 25 years of experience in leadership among many different cultures around the world, Ramon founded ImpactLives in 2007 as a center for transformational leadership and social innovation. His model is founded on critical and system thinking with the goal of helping individuals and organizations develop new frameworks from where to solve their most challenging problems. Ramon's work in the area of diversity, equity and inclusion promotes, cultural awareness reflective experiences that help individuals and organizations evolve, critically reflect, and strengthen their self growth, identity, wisdom and maturity.

Through the work of our collective impact (Mission Impact Council-MIC),
we work to increase opportunities and equity for 12 to 24-year-olds in the Hispanic-Latino community that result in young people thriving as socially responsible, culturally competent leaders and employees that will create a greater Twin Cities and USA.
