Join the 2025 ALP Cohort: Empower Your Leadership Journey

LatinoLEAD is excited to announce the opening of applications for the 2025 Avanzando Liderazgo Program (ALP). ALP is a transformative journey designed to empower Latine leaders to excel in their professional and personal endeavors. Our comprehensive 6-month program offers a blend of virtual and in-person sessions, deeply rooted in a curriculum tailored specifically for Latine individuals.

ALP stands out for its holistic approach, integrating mental health and wellness practices alongside leadership development. Participants will engage in professional development workshops, receive dedicated coaching, and become part of a supportive community built on trust and solidarity. This nurturing environment ensures that fellows and alumni uplift each other, fostering a dynamic ecosystem of growth and evolution.

The ALP curriculum emphasizes cross-sector connections and collaborative action, providing hands-on learning experiences to achieve collective goals. Fellows will gain strategic organizing skills, preparing them to take on influential roles across various sectors and ignite transformative change within and beyond the Latine community.

Participation in ALP is offered at no cost, underscoring our commitment to advancing leadership among Minnesotano communities. To graduate, fellows must complete program requirements, including attendance, assignments, and active engagement.

Applications are open now, and the deadline to apply is September 13. The ALP Selection Committee will evaluate applications based on the strength of the materials submitted, with decisions made by November. Selected fellows will attend a mandatory orientation.
