At LatinoLEAD, we believe in the power of community. It's a core part of our identity as Latines—our ability to uplift and support one another through every step of our journeys. This year, we are proud to host Conecta Y Celebra on Campus 2024, an event designed to bring Latine college students and professionals together for mentorship, networking, and growth. And we need your help to make it a success.
Through our partnership with HOLA, Conecta Y Celebra on Campus will be hosted at Saint Thomas University in the Iversen Center for Faith from 5-8 pm where Latine professionals and college students unite and strengthen the intergenerational strength that lies within our comunidad.

Latines often face unique challenges in navigating the professional world. From cultural barriers to a lack of access to resources, many of our young gente need more than just academic or professional guidance—they need community. We need role models who look like us, who share our experiences, and who understand each other’s struggles.
Conecta Y Celebra on Campus is about creating a space where those connections can flourish. It's an opportunity for students to engage with professionals who have walked a similar path and to gain insights that can shape their futures. At the same time, it’s a chance for Latine professionals to give back—to share their knowledge, open doors, and help guide the next generation of leaders.
But more than that, this event is a celebration of our collective strength. We know that no one succeeds alone. It’s our village, our network, that helps us elevate each other to new heights. Conecta Y Celebra is about reinforcing that sense of unity and community among Latines in the Twin Cities.
